CatchTable gains a waiting-detail operation that returns the live detail of a single waiting entry, preferring the realtime queue position.

catchtable/waiting-detail is a new authenticated read-only operation for a single CatchTable waiting entry. Previously only my-status exposed waiting state, limited to waiting_ref, shop_name, waiting_order, and status across all active waitings.
