Daangn Marketplace operations now return HTTP 400 with INVALID_INPUT when an opaque region, listing, or complex id is invalid.

Daangn Marketplace now classifies malformed, expired, cross-family, or otherwise invalid opaque ids as request validation failures. These failures return HTTP 400 with the existing INVALID_INPUT code and remain non-retryable until the caller supplies an id from the appropriate discovery operation.
