EDINET has no docID-keyed metadata endpoint, so `date` is required, not optional — obtain both doc_id and date together from a prior japan-edinet:list-filings-by-date call. Use when you already hold a doc_id/date pair and need the filer, reporting period, or available document formats. Do NOT use to discover the filings of a date — use japan-edinet:list-filings-by-date instead. Throws NOT_FOUND if no filing with that docID appears in that date's list. Returns a single normalized filing row. |

Do NOT use for one known filing's metadata when you already hold its doc_id and date — use japan-edinet:get-filing-document-info instead.
