| Lists the expressway sections the portal currently grades as congested across the whole country, or on one route, with speed, vehicle count and the sample time. Use it to find where traffic is stuck right now. Do not use it for a full picture of a route (get-realtime-traffic). Returns the sections and their count; an empty list means nothing is congested. |
