24절기 목록 조회
stableLists the 24 solar terms for a solar year or month via KASI get24DivisionsInfo, including KST event clock time and sun longitude when upstream provides them. Use for traditional seasonal markers such as Ipchun or Dongji in Korean almanac contexts. Do NOT use for public holidays or institution closed days — solar terms are usually not holidays. Returns ISO dates, names, event_time_kst (HH:MM), and sun_longitude_degrees. Requires a data.go.kr service key.
