POST		/v1/korea-parking-lot/get-parking-availability	Returns live total and free spaces for up to 20 parking lots in one district. Use when the user asks whether a lot has free spaces right now. Do NOT use for hours or fees; use get-parking-lot-hours-and-fees instead. Returns lots with total_spaces and available_spaces, missing_ids for lots that do not report live counts, and fetched_at. Only lots connected to the national parking information system report live counts.
POST		/v1/korea-parking-lot/get-parking-lot-hours-and-fees	Returns the weekly operating hours, free minutes, and fee rules published for one parking lot. Use when the user asks when a lot is open or how much it costs. Do NOT use to find lots; use search-parking-lots first to get the parking_lot_id and district code. Returns schedules, each with operating_hours per day and holiday, free_minutes, fee_rules (base time and fee, extra unit time and fee), and pass_fees (day pass, monthly pass). Fees are in KRW and times in KST; most private lots publish no hours or fees.
POST		/v1/korea-parking-lot/search-parking-lot-registry	Searches the national parking lot registry that local governments publish, with details the other operations do not have: on-street, off-street, or building lot type, weekday, Saturday, and Sunday-and-holiday hours, base and extra fees, day and monthly passes, payment methods, spaces for disabled drivers, fee zone grade, driving restrictions, notes, managing agency, and phone. Use when the user asks when a lot is open on weekends, what it costs, how to pay, or whether it has disabled parking. Do NOT use for live free spaces; use get-parking-availability instead. Filters match exactly and combine; publisher_name is the publishing government as written in the registry, for example 서울특별시 광진구. Covers about 19,000 public and private lots, each government updates its part about twice a year, and registry_id is not a parking_lot_id.
POST		/v1/korea-parking-lot/search-parking-lots	Lists registered parking lots in a Korean province or district, optionally only public, private, free, or paid lots. Use when the user wants parking lots in an area or needs a parking_lot_id for the other operations. Do NOT use to find the closest lots to a point; use search-parking-lots-nearby instead. Returns lot id, name, address, province and district names, coordinates, capacity, ownership, and paid or free status, with total_count and has_more for paging. The ownership and fee filters need district_code; most registered lots are private building lots without a name.
