Use when the user names a dish or ingredient, such as カレー, ハンバーグ, or 鶏むね肉, and you need its category_id. Hiragana, katakana, and half-width spellings match each other. Do NOT use to get recipes directly; use rakuten-recipe:find-popular-recipes or pass a category_id to rakuten-recipe:get-recipe-ranking.
