MethodAPIPathSummary
POST/v1/korea-apt-rent-price/search-transactionsReturns apartment lease declarations for one Korean sigungu and YYYY-MM month, paginated with next_cursor. Use when you need individual reported jeonse or monthly-rent transactions, optionally narrowed by apartment_name. Do NOT use for region-wide counts or deposit/monthly-rent statistics — use korea-apt-rent-price:summarize-region-market instead. The optional apartment_name match applies within each returned page, so total_count is null when it is used. Returns items with integer KRW amounts and a summary with pagination metadata.
POST/v1/korea-apt-rent-price/summarize-region-marketReturns complete jeonse/monthly counts and descriptive deposit and monthly-rent statistics (min, max, median, mean) for one sigungu and YYYY-MM month. Use when you need a region-month market overview rather than individual rows. Do NOT use for listing or filtering individual transactions, or for months with more than 2,000 declarations (fails with RESULT_TOO_LARGE) — use korea-apt-rent-price:search-transactions instead. Monthly-rent statistics exclude jeonse rows. Returns transaction_count, jeonse_count, monthly_count, deposit_krw, and monthly_rent_krw.
