MethodAPIPathSummary
POST/v1/korea-apt-sale-price/search-transactionsReturns apartment sale declarations for a Korean sigungu and YYYY-MM month. Use when the caller needs individual reported transactions or wants to page through a month with next_cursor. Do NOT use for min/max/median/mean price or area statistics over a whole month — use korea-apt-sale-price:summarize-region-market instead. The optional apartment_name match is applied within each returned page, so total_count is null when it is used. Prices are normalized to integer KRW. Returns items and summary (returned_count, total_count, has_more, next_cursor).
POST/v1/korea-apt-sale-price/summarize-region-marketLoads the complete apartment sale result set for one Korean sigungu and YYYY-MM month in a single request, then returns the transaction count and descriptive price and area statistics. Use when the caller wants aggregate counts or min/max/median/mean figures for a region-month. Do NOT use to list or page through individual transactions — use korea-apt-sale-price:search-transactions instead. Months with more than 2,000 reported transactions cannot be summarized and fail with UPSTREAM_PAGE_LIMIT; this operation does not predict prices or estimate property value. Returns transaction_count, price_krw, area_sqm, and apartments_distinct.
