Omitted datetime bounds use a seven-day window that stays fixed across cursor pages. Returns items (each with bid_notice_id, round, title, agency_name, posted_at, close_at, estimated_price_krw, and notice_url) and summary with a selector-consistent total_count, has_more, and an opaque next_cursor. Rows are ordered oldest first by posting time, so the newest notices are on the last page: narrow the datetime range, or raise limit toward 999, to reach them in fewer calls. |
