Overview

Korean corporate disclosure data from DART (금융감독원 전자공시시스템), the Financial Supervisory Service's public disclosure system: company profile (기업개황) lookup, a single company's key financial accounts (단일회사 주요계정) and full financial statements (전체 재무제표), and key-account comparisons across two to five companies (다중회사 주요계정).

POST	/v1/korea-corporate-finance/company-financials	Retrieves a single Korean company's key financial account line items (주요계정: balance sheet and income statement summary accounts, e.g. total assets, total equity, revenue, operating profit, net income) for one business year and reporting period, on both the separate and the consolidated basis where filed. Use when the user asks for a Korean company's core financial figures from a specific quarterly/half-year/annual DART filing. Do NOT use for the full financial statements (all line items, cash flow, statement of changes in equity) — use korea-corporate-finance:full-financial-statements instead. Do NOT use to compare several companies — use korea-corporate-finance:multi-company-financials instead. Requires corp_code, bsns_year and report_type (annual, q1, half or q3). Returns list, an array of rows with corp_code, bsns_year, report_type, account_nm, thstrm_amount_krw (the figure as a number) and statement_basis (consolidated or separate), limited to the key-accounts subset DART itself defines for this endpoint. The 1.x names report_code, thstrm_amount and fs_div are still returned alongside them until 2026-10-12.
POST	/v1/korea-corporate-finance/company-profile	Retrieves a Korean company's DART profile by corp_code. Use when the user asks who a company is (name, CEO, listing market, establishment date, corporate registration number). Do NOT use for financial statement figures — use korea-corporate-finance:company-financials instead. Requires a corp_code (DART's own 8-digit company identifier, distinct from the 6-digit KRX stock ticker). Returns corp_code, corp_name, ceo_nm, stock_code, established_date (ISO YYYY-MM-DD), market_segment (kospi/kosdaq/konex/other) and jurir_no. The 1.x names est_dt and corp_cls are still returned alongside them, carrying the same values in DART's raw form, until 2026-10-12.
POST	/v1/korea-corporate-finance/full-financial-statements	Retrieves every account row in one company's consolidated or separate financial statements for a business year and report period, including which statement each row belongs to, account IDs, current and prior amounts, and account detail. Use when the user needs every line item (cash flow statement, statement of changes in equity, sub-accounts) rather than headline figures. Do NOT use for a quick summary of total assets, revenue or profit — use korea-corporate-finance:company-financials instead. Requires statement_basis (consolidated or separate) and report_type (annual, q1, half or q3). Returns corp_code, business_year, report_type, statement_basis and statements (up to 500 rows). The 1.x names report_code, fs_div, statement_division, the string amount fields and the sibling currency field are still returned alongside them until 2026-10-12.
