Overview

Korea's Financial Supervisory Service OpenDART (opendart.fss.or.kr) corporate registry: look up a company's official DART profile by its corp_code, and resolve corp_code from a company name or KRX stock ticker via the bulk corp-code archive.

Method	Path	Summary
POST	/v1/korea-corporate-info/company-profile	Retrieves a company's official DART corporate profile by its OpenDART corp_code: corp_name, ceo_nm, stock_code, established_date, market_segment, and jurir_no. Use when you already have a corp_code (from korea-corporate-info:corporate-codes or a prior DART lookup). Do NOT use to search by company name or stock ticker — use korea-corporate-info:corporate-codes first to resolve corp_code. Returns null for any nullable field OpenDART left blank; throws NO_DATA if OpenDART has no record for the given corp_code. The retired 1.x fields est_dt (compact YYYYMMDD) and corp_cls (DART's raw market letter) are still returned beside their replacements until 2026-10-12.
POST	/v1/korea-corporate-info/corporate-codes	Searches the cached OpenDART corp-code catalog by company-name substring (query, at least two characters) or exact six-digit stock_code; one of the two is required. Use when you need a corp_code from a company name or KRX stock ticker. Do NOT use to fetch company details — pass the returned corp_code to korea-corporate-info:company-profile instead. Returns companies (at most 50 rows per page, default 20), total_count, and has_more; never returns the full bulk archive.
POST	/v1/korea-corporate-info/dividends	Returns dividend metrics disclosed in a company's periodic report, one row per metric and stock class (for example per-share cash dividend and payout ratio) with current-term, previous-term, and two-terms-prior values. Use when you have corp_code, bsns_year, and report_type; resolve corp_code first via korea-corporate-info:corporate-codes if you only know the company name. Do NOT use for share counts or executives — use korea-corporate-info:stock-summary or korea-corporate-info:executives instead. Returns an array of rows with category, stock_kind, current_term, previous_term, and two_terms_prior.
POST	/v1/korea-corporate-info/executives	Lists executives disclosed in a company's periodic report: name, gender, birth month, position, registered-director status, employment type, responsibilities, tenure period, and term end date. Use when you have corp_code, bsns_year, and report_type; resolve corp_code first via korea-corporate-info:corporate-codes if you only know the company name. Do NOT use for dividends or share counts — use korea-corporate-info:dividends or korea-corporate-info:stock-summary instead. Returns one row per executive. The retired 1.x fields birth_year_month, full_time, and tenure_end_date (the report's own Korean wording) are still returned beside their replacements until 2026-10-12.
