Upstream has no native geo endpoint, so by default this operation pages through the full province inventory (upstream ordering is operator-grouped, not spatial) and ranks rows by haversine distance in meters. The nearest results are complete unless scan_limit is lowered (disclosed via scan_exhausted=false). Use for map and navigation style nearby queries when a coordinate is available. Do NOT use without a coordinate — use korea-ev-charger:search-chargers for region, name, or operator filters instead. Returns chargers sorted by distance_meters ascending, plus total_count, scan_count, scan_limit, and scan_exhausted. |
