POST		/v1/korea-neis-school-meals/school-meals	Retrieves the official NEIS school meals served at one school on one date. Use when the user already has the NEIS education_office_code and school_code and wants the meals for a specific date. Do NOT use when only the school name is known — use korea-neis-school-meals:search-schools first to obtain education_office_code and school_code. Calls the official mealServiceDietInfo endpoint; pass meal_type to restrict results to breakfast, lunch, or dinner. Returns meals (one row per meal type with meal_type, dishes with allergen_codes split from the dish name, serving_count, calories_kcal, nutrition, and origin_info) and query.
POST		/v1/korea-neis-school-meals/search-schools	Searches Korean schools by name through NEIS schoolInfo. Use when a user names a school but does not yet have the NEIS SD_SCHUL_CODE. Prefer calling with school_name only — NEIS schoolInfo supports nationwide name search without an education-office code. Optionally pass education_office_code to narrow the region. Do NOT use for fetching school meals — use korea-neis-school-meals:school-meals once education_office_code and school_code are known. Returns schools (each with education_office_code, school_code, school_name, address, and phone_e164) and query.
