POST		/v1/kstartup/announcements	Searches K-Startup startup support announcements (recruitment notices, current or past) by keyword, region, field, target audience, startup age, application date range, or recruitment status. Use when the user wants specific announcements they can apply to. Do NOT use for the standing support programs behind those notices — use kstartup:support-programs instead. Announcement content is in Korean. Returns items (announcement_id, title, is_recruiting, organization, department, supervising_institution, support_field, support_region, target_audience, target_detail, target_age, startup_age, application_start_date, application_end_date, detail_url, description) and summary (page, limit, returned_count, total_count and the echoed filters).
POST		/v1/kstartup/support-programs	Searches the standing K-Startup government support programs by business year, category code, or program title keyword. Use when the user asks which support programs exist, who they are for, or what a program funds and offers. Do NOT use for dated recruitment notices a founder can apply to right now, and do NOT use for company or business-registration lookups — use kstartup:announcements for notices. Program content is in Korean. Returns items (title, year, category_code, characteristics, target_audience, support_content, budget_info, introduction, detail_url) and summary (page, limit, returned_count, total_count and the echoed filters).
